ReThink West Michigan is a fun, casual, professional networking event! At this event, several West Michigan companies, with current career opportunities, will be there to connect with and share some of the exciting happenings in the region.
The Right Place, Inc. and Hello West Michigan established ReThink West Michigan in Grand Rapids in 2012. It has become our signature event every Thanksgiving eve welcoming hundreds of former Michiganders home for the holiday each year.

Thanksgiving weekend is a popular time for former Michiganders to travel "home" for the holiday.
In 2012, Hello West Michigan and The Right Place hosted the first Thanksgiving weekend event in Grand Rapids for Michigan boomerangs, welcoming hundreds of former Michiganders home for the holiday.
ReThink West Michigan is a casual, professional networking event hosted at a local bar on Thanksgiving Event. ReThink has become our signature event at Hello West Michigan as it is the in-person version what our team does all year long - connect candidates with employers.
We invite local employers to engage with candidates visiting the area for the holiday weekend, or participating in our virtual event, to share exciting initiatives, career opportunities, and encourage them to reconsider calling West Michigan home.
